thanks! I'm also interested in the different styles of headbands that you have done; one is a twisted style, one is with flower petals.. also, do you just sew the band on where it's gathered?
thanks so much for this free pattern. I have a friend who is going through chemo at present, and was wearing a grotty old woollen beanie (it sweltering summer weather at the mo...). it was so quick and easy to make, that I've made a couple so she can wash them...
I agree, thanks again for the pattern, I'm making them for friends who are going through chemo and they really appreciate it. Any chance of putting up a pattern that would fit young girls with smaller heads (ie. age 5-10)? Sadly I know some kids who are going through treatment also, and I'd love to make some of these headscarves in cute and funky fabric for them.
Hi there. I was wondering if the chemo hat pattern is still available at all. After losing a brother and sister to different forms of cancer, I now make and donate hats to hospitals. it is hard to find fashionable chemo hat patterns and yours are beautiful. Thank you B.
I am also wondering if your pattern is still available. Every once in a while our quilting guild makes chemo hats for our local hospital. I would vary much like to use this pattern the next time we make a bunch but am unable to find it. I found the tutorial but not the pattern. Thanks, Marg in Dryden, Ontario, Canada
Thank you very much for sharing. I have to start chemo and here in Argentina is summer, so the weather is not very good to wear woven caps and there are few places on the internet that offer free material (molds patterns explanations) to make turbans and / or cloth caps . Again thanks also for dealing with sick people. (Translated with translator)
My friend just had her first chemo treatment yesterday in hot California. I'd love to buy your pattern so I can make her some cotton hats. I'm knitting one, but they take a lot longer than sewing. Thank you!
